We booked  a private trip to  the three Baltic States in July 2018 through East West Tours and were very happy with this. In May we undertook this personal private tour of the Baltic States. The  beauty of this tour was that there was a level of flexibility according to our particular interests. As we were particularly interested in arts our itinerary was adjusted accordingly.The accommodation throughout was excellent and centrally located whilst the whole deal was remarkably good value for money.
