Our Baltic tour through these amazing European countries was an unforgettable experience

Bobby,
Our Baltic tour through these amazing European countries was an unforgettable experience and I wanted to write your company a review just to thank you for your help and guidance. I appreciated your professionalism and for getting back to me via email as soon as you could, even with the time difference. You answered all of my questions and smoothed over any hiccups we experienced along the way. My wife took a tumble in Vilnius and had to go to the hospital. Our guide, the lovely Alma, was very on top of things and made sure Judy was comfortable and cared for by the hospital staff. Nothing major, she just left with a small wrap around her ankle which we then iced that night at the hotel.

We did a tour Baltic Countries Circle Tour and we liked it.

We did a tour Baltic Countries Circle Tour. We started from Vilnius and finished with Vilnius. It was very convenient as we extended our trip Poland after this tour. Warsaw is just about 300 miles from Vilnius. We loved all Baltic countries. It was our old dream to visit Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and it definitely was worthwhile. These countries are modern European countries but very close to nature. The food we enjoyed was very natural and sound quality. We brought home a few nice handmade items of linen and wood. We loved amber jewelry, but it seemed a little overpriced. Generally, it was a neatly designed tour, and we highly recommend it. Lucy Price, Toronto – Lucy Price, Toronto -

We have just come back from our tour Baltic Metropoles. It was great!

We have just come back from our tour Baltic Metropoles. It was great! Thank you, East West Tours for arranging it for us. We traveled in a small group which was an excellent decision. Fellow travelers were lovely people, so we all had a good time together, especially as our guide Toma was a charming personality with a particular sense of humor and she was very passionate about her job. All places we visited were interesting. We loved the architecture of Riga exceptionally. The baroque churches in Vilnius were impressive. The countryside was also lovely – so quiet and natural. We would have loved to spend more time at the seaside but this we postponed to the next trip to the Baltics. Simona Koblas, Alabama – Simona Koblas, Alabama -

Dear Dora
Happy to report that apart from the two pick up incidents , all worked out like clockwork and we will do nothing to change the itinerary.i ditto Nicky's comments.all guides n drivers hv great service . Hotels r great except the one in Sigulda. It is a motel with v little service n v basic amenities in a room with a bad bed n 18" tv. Nicky's room has no shower curtain so everything gets wet after shower!
We found people in the Baltics v friendly n straightforward with little hidden agenda. We also appreciate all the complimentary dinners.

I wish to thank you for all your help in planning our trip from St. Petersburg to Moscow. All went very well. The train ride was uneventful. We did need some assistance from the concierge at our hotel in St. Petersburg in deciphering the signs in the railroad station. We had her write our the words "departure" and "arrival" in Russian, so we would know what track our train would be leaving.
