Trans Siberian Railroad from Moscow to Ulan Bataar Mongolia.

Hi Bobby,
You arranged my travel on the Trans Siberian Railroad from Moscow to Ulan Bataar Mongolia.  Every part of the trip went well.  The tour in Moscow was short but great.  The time in Irkutsk and Lake Bailal was excellent.  All went well with no problems whatever.  I thank you!

Sincerely,
Howard Putter MD

Moskow - Ulaan Bataar by "GOLDEN EAGLE" - perfect adventure.

I took this trip last summer and still cannot forget it. It was absolutely unforgettable trip. I always loved travelling by train, but this trans-siberian train was very special. As soon as you see your compartment you understand that it will be more relaxing than any other trip. The train was like a comfortable hotel with impeccable service, excellent food and lots of interesting people to chat with. It was always special to arrive at a station for thirty minutes. There where always ladies selling fish, bread, and sausages. Our touring stops, were at Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Lake Baikal, Ulan-Ude and finally Ulaanbaatar. Lake Baikal has fantastic scenery.

Moskow - Ulaan Bataar by "GOLDEN EAGLE" Train. What an adventure!

Just back from a group trip to Mongolia and Russia, spending more than a week on the Trans Mongolian/Siberian railway, starting in Moscow, stopping at Lake Baikal, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and finishing in Ulaan Baatar. What an experience ! It is really hard to explain what we have experienced to anyone who hasn't traveled on this train. The scenery was stunning and it was had to realise just how vast Russia. Moscow was just great but the highlight was the journey on the train with all the remarkable placed we visited on the way. At Lake Baikal, there was a chance to swim in rather cold water, followed by a warming shot of vodka. In Ulan Ude we were treated to a folk music concert with was amazing.

I wish to thank you for all your help in planning our trip from St. Petersburg to Moscow. All went very well. The train ride was uneventful. We did need some assistance from the concierge at our hotel in St. Petersburg in deciphering the signs in the railroad station. We had her write our the words "departure" and "arrival" in Russian, so we would know what track our train would be leaving.
