Dear East West Tours, We would like to thank you and your Baltic partners for a terrific tour. We couldn't expect it better. Everything was on time and very professionally arranged. The guides were experts in history and architecture and very helpful. Transfers from city to city were very comfortable and easy. Public transport is very well organized in the Baltic countries. With your advice and tips on everything, we felt safe and comfortable. Local people were very friendly and a guy even gave us a free lift to the bus station which could be reached on foot but it was lovely anyway. We enjoyed this trip immensely and would do similar trips again. Hao Dai, Hong Kong
