Hello Dora, I just want to let you know our tour of St.Petersburg went very smooth and all went well. The hotel was excellent as well as the food and service. Our Guide Victoria was very professional and certainly knew the city. She gave us a wealth of information and knowledge about the palaces, museums , cathedrals and all the paintings and artifacts and tried to please us all . I was expecting lots of tourists and a very busy 3 days and Victoria did a great job moving us through the crowds and our busy schedule and it is much appreciated. Not only was she full of amazing facts and information but was also a charming lady who never ceased to “look after us” during our busy couple of tour days. Hi, I would like to thank you for assisting us in this absolutely fantastic tour. This was one of the most positive experiences during our trip in Europe. Private tour allowed us to see what we wanted to and the inexhaustable knowledge of the tour guide and the driver(!) packed us with the Russian history. The recommendations for the local restorans were just what we needed. The food at Dom was superb: extra good beef strogonoff and impeccable service, just to mention this one. Thank you to Bobby at East West Tours for putting together a reasonably private tour for us. My husband was in a wheelchair and would have not been able to travel with a group. We loved our trip to St Petersburg! We spent two nights on the boat and one day in Helsinki before we arrived in St Petersburg and you helped us to arrange a tour in both cities as well as arrange ballet tickets for us in St Petersburg. We absolutely LOVED our hotel in St Petersburg and our guides were knowledgeable about the city. Our one complaint – the tour pick-ups for both days (Helsinki and St Petersburg) were arranged for the exact time we were allowed off of the boat. In Helsinki, we were approximately twenty minutes late to our guide because of the passport control. In St Petersburg, we were nearly two hours late.

Hi Dora – I wanted to thank you for all the help you provided me in our trip. We had a wonderful time. The guides and logistics you provided were outstanding. Everything worked well (other than delayed flights over which left us stranded for a time in Iceland before finally getting to Stockholm). I can't say enough about Maria (Mosha) – our guide in St. Petersburg. She was an expert in the history, art history, architecture,and culture of Russia. She was absolutely encyclopedic.
