This was an excellent tour. Customer service at the hotel, in the restaurant and by our guide and driver was perfection. Our guide is was a professional that gave us all the information and history to aid us in learning and appreciating Russia. Our guide never stopped answering our questions even after long tutorials about history. We will recommend this tour to all our friends. - David
