We did this trip in 2015 from Beijing to Moscow. We booked the tour through East West Tour and I can't say enough positive things about the service we received from them. The trip runs from Beijing to Moscow and is operated by Golden Eagle Luxury Trains Limited. We liked about this trip: The pre-tour information and organization of all the details before we took a flight to Beijing. The possibility to experience so many countries, a number of exotic cities and the places around them. We got a better idea of their culture and history as well as the ordinary life. The day trips were well chosen and well organized with knowledgeable and friendly local guides. The quality of the trains and the service, especially of our trip leader Ana for her optimism and ability to find the way out of any emergency. The food on the train, with too poor choice of vegan dishes, though. The hotels we stayed in. All hotels were 4 or 5 star with good standard. The things we didn't like so much : Visiting too many souvenir shops. The beds on the train were too small for some of us. The weather during our trip to Volgograd and too little options to change the program. All in all, the trip was definitely a luxurious one. And so exotic! Many thanks to the organizes.
