Itinerary:

Day 1  : Wednesday ZAGREB – Arrival

 After arriving at Zagreb airport, look for our driver who will take you to your hotel. Meet your tour guide in the hotel lobby in the evening, before dinner.  Overnight in Zagreb. (D)

Day 2  : Thursday ZAGREB – PLITVICE

Enjoy a city tour of Zagreb this morning.  Sights include the fortified Upper Town, the historical center, St. Mark's Church, the Cathedral, the Croatian National Theatre, and the University.  In the afternoon, the tour goes to Plitvice Lakes National Park, now on UNESCO's World Heritage Site. There are sixteen lakes in the park, all connected by a series of cascading waterfalls and surrounded by dense forest, making it a truly unique and beautiful region. Overnight in Plitvice. (B, D) 

Day 3  : Friday PLITVICE – TROGIR – SPLIT

Depart for the Adriatic coast and the city of Trogir after breakfast, where we visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, a triple-naved basilica constructed in Romanesque-Gothic style. We continue south along the coast to Split, where we will enjoy a city tour including the Diocletian's Palace, now on UNESCO's World Heritage List, the Peristyle (the main square of the palace), the Jupiter's Temple and the Cathedral. Overnight in Split. (B, D)

Day 4  : Saturday SPLIT – DUBROVNIK

After breakfast, we depart for Dubrovnik, another city on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Dubrovnik is known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century.  Our sightseeing tour includes the Franciscan Monastery with Europe's third oldest pharmacy, the Rector's Palace and the Cathedral. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, D)

Day 5  : Sunday DUBROVNIK – Departure

 Transfer to the Dubrovnik airport after breakfast.  (B)
