The tour guides in Moscow and St. Petersburg were very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, pleasant, and helpful.  They looked after us well.  The hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg were great. They were very clean, with good breakfast, and helpful staff. The train ride was very smooth and a great experience. The train was beautiful, clean and the amenities were well planned. Other than the hotel in Suzdal, everything about the tour was wonderful. We will highly recommend the trip and East West Tours to our friends”.
