Hi Alex!
I just wanted to report that we've returned from our trip to Russia and had a wonderful, amazing time. The arrangements you made for us were perfect. Both Natasha and Masha were terrific tour guides and are so knowledgeable and personable. We spent more time with both than we planned and were very pleased with their flexibility. And I can't tell you how delighted we were to have their drivers greet us at the airport with signs - what a great way to begin a trip in a country where we don't speak the language! And the drivers continued to be wonderfully helpful during our stay.
We found Russia to be a country of contrasts - beautiful, extravagant, restored buildings and museums cared for by people who live in 2 room "flats" - in not so beautiful complexes. But there's such a sense of determination and hope - especially with the youth we met in NN. Despite the language barrier, we were able to share lots of dreams for their future and how volunteerism can help to make it better.
Thanks, Alex, for helping to make this a most memorable and meaningful experience. If I ever know of anyone planning a trip to Russia in the future, I'll be sure to pass on your contact information. Have finally enough time to thank you for the wonderful time that Luis

The service that East-West tours provided was exactly what we needed. Walking out of customs in St. Petersburg and seeing Masha and Nokoli waiting for us was perfect. They provided a superb time in St. Petersburg with an excellent combination of help and support.
Natasha did a great job in Moscow as well. Although Masha and Natasha are entirely different people with different strengths and weaknesses they are both outstanding. You can use them for any American clients and things should go well.
It was a delight to get home and see a welcoming note from you, a nice end to a great trip.

Just wanted to let you know that Catherine & I had a wonderful time in Russia last week. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The tours (& our tour guides) were super.
