Flights – We offer flights between North America and Russia/CIS, and any other destination in the world. We have a direct access to most Russian/CIS regional domestic airlines flight tables such as: Transaero, Domodedovo Airlines, Sakhailin Avia Trassy, Vlad Air, Dalavia, Siberian Airlines and others. We also organize airline passenger and cargo charters.
Ground transportation - We can arrange and book your transportation inside Russia/CIS, including trains, buses, airport transfers, car-rentals (where available) or car-for-hire (with drivers). When traveling to major cities you can use our pre-arranged transfers from the airport to your final destination. Our local representatives can meet you outside customs area and take you to your destination by a private car.
Accommodations – We can book your hotels; arrange home stays or apartment rentals anywhere in the region. Being intimately familiar with the region and having our local representatives, we can always recommend and arrange for the best possible accommodation in the given city.
Visa Services – We offer full range of entry visa services to Russia or any other CIS country. We arrange and process Business visas (single, double or multi-entry, valid for up to one year), tourist, transit, student and visitor (or home stay) visas. We arrange Letters of Invitation, required for all but transit visas.
Tours – We organize our own groups and private guided tours to the region. We also book tours of all major tour operators.
Event Tickets – We book tickets to all major events, professional expos, theater performances, museums, etc.
Translation Services – We provide a full range of translation and interpreter services here in the US and in Russia/CIS.
Emergency Services – While traveling with us and in the event of emergency, such as medical, legal, theft, missing a flight or any other, you can always get a hold of a member of our local or US stuff, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, and we will always assist you. Our customer can always rely on us for any unforeseen emergency.
